12 month FTC - Hybrid Flexibility **About Our Client**: We are partnering with one of Australia's financial services company providing retail, premium, business and institutional banking, funds management, superannuation, insurance, investment and sharebroking products and services. The positions vacant will be in both the Deceased Estate team and Payment Support team where you will provide customer service and support to all inbound customers. The Deceased Estates and Payment Support team is responsible for managing the end to end life cycle of the specific customer accounts. You engage with internal and external stakeholders, manage customer accounts and profiles, verify documentation and input the information into the databases including customer details, processing funds and other transactions. Overall, you will communicate effectively with any stakeholders to resolve any issues and insure information integrity. **The Successful Applicant**: - Strong listening skills and empathy to deal with any deceased estate accounts. - The ability to work in a fast paced environment and have fast learning skills. - Problem solving and decision making skills. - Ability to work with multiple systems including Windows (MS Office) - Good work ethic, reliability and overall "can do" attitude. **What's on Offer**: What you'll get in return: - 4 weeks training program based in office. - The opportunity to work in a hybrid model. - Ongoing support and development after training. - A good starting point for any future financial services roles. - Diverse and inclusive company that supports well being.
