**About the Role**

As a **Disability Support Worker**, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with mental health challenges or physical disabilities, whether at home, in clinics, hospitals, or within the community. Your day-to-day work will be all about enhancing their quality of life, providing both practical help and emotional encouragement to ensure they thrive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Community Access** - Help participants get out and about, engaging with their community
- **In-Home Support** - Assist with daily living and make the home a supportive environment
- **Personal Care** - Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect
- **Domestic Assistance** - Support with light housekeeping tasks to keep things running smoothly

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Comprehensive car insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or a commitment to complete within 6 months)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Police Check, NDIS Yellow Card, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be open to completing person care as it is requiredfor the role

Pay: $32.72 - $88.58 per hour
