Dhot Property services are looking for a dedicated commercial cleaner who is happy to work on an ABN. Ideally. we would like someone who either has experience or has a keen attitude to learn. All training is provided, and we are happy to give more hours to the right person.

All work is in North Brisbane area and its part time work ranging across various hours of the day depending on applicants availability and hours wanting to work.

Currently there are two sites requiring cleaners ASAP.

**First site**: Virginia, hours are 11am to 2pm, Monday to Friday

**Second Site**: Northlakes; hours are 6am to 10.30 and would you be working in a team of 2.

If interested, we also have other work available, and there is always the potential to gain more hours in the area if you are prepared to travel between sites and have flexibility.

Applicant must have an ABN, and current police check or be willing to obtain one.

Qualifications & experience
- Experience in commercial cleaning would be an advantage.
- Driving license, access to a car or the ability to travel ( especially after hours )
- Fluent English and well presented would be advantageous
- Reliability a must
- Work well within a team or alone
- **Serious applicants only**:

- Fully vaccinated applicants an advantage but not mandatory for some sites

Tasks & responsibilities
- Commercial cleaning to include: general cleaning duties such as vacuuming, wiping desks, cleaning of toilets and showers, window cleaning; dusting, sweeping and rubbish collection
- Sub contractor could possibly be asked to to travel to various sites, and most work will be after hours.
- Ability to follow work specifications sheets, direction from site supervisor, and have strong communication skills are a must

Part-time hours - 15 to 32.5 hours a week
