Our client is a well known International watch and lifestyle brand with a passion for creating authentic and timeless designs. Focusing on creating exceptional customer experiences, they are looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead and train their QVB team to success
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Proactive approach in driving the team towards achieving and exceeding sales and KPIs
- Leading and supporting a team of up to 5
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through top tier service
- Collaborative and positive working environment
- Coordinating and managing the teams rostering
**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven previous management experience
- Confident in driving a team to achieving store KPIs
- Friendly leadership style
- Strong proven customer service skills
