**About the opportunity**
PICA Group’s branch BCS Miranda. This role would work 5 days per fortnight from home and 5 days per fortnight from our office.

As a Strata Manager, your duties will include:

- Maintaining a portfolio of Strata schemes, build relationships, and be a trusted advisor in all thing’s strata
- Facilitating and attending AGMs and other meetings
- Preparing budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from other departments
- Interpreting legislation and assist in the enforcement of by-laws
- Maintaining insurance, coordinate repairs and maintenance and building compliance requirements

**We’re looking for someone who has.**
- Experience as a Strata Manager
- Skills in portfolio and/or account management
- A love for building relationships and anticipating the needs of your clients.
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Skills in interpreting and communicating legislation, financial, and procedural requirements.
