**Discovery Parks Clare**is a large, popular holiday park offering guests a fabulous range of fully equipped cabins and van sites. The many facilities for guests such as the new pool, pump track and splash park make this property a firm favourite for returning guests.

**About you**:

- Experience in hospitality/accommodation management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Advanced computer skills with experience in RMS or similar reservations systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound financial management abilities
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experience
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and after hours shifts

**The Role**:
This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a dynamic team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and contribute to the success of our growing business.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Lead day-to-day operations of the property, including attending to after hours call outs
- Provide an exceptional guest experience
- Lead and support the team, fostering a positive work environment
- Manage budgets and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Build positive relationships with guests, local communities, and stakeholders

This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
