We are looking for a reliable, friendly and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team.
- Medical reception experience would be preferred but not essential
- Ability to multi task and perform appropriately under pressure with attention to detail
- Flexibility in working hours/shifts and reliability
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Have excellent computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills and effective interpersonal skills
- Answering phones, managing appointment bookings, greeting patients, billing, scanning incoming mail, patient reminders and general reception duties.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $23.50 - $33.56 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
