Call Centre Team- Inbound and Outbound Calls

**WHAT WE NEED**

As a Call Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and care providers. This role requires high emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to manage sensitive conversations with empathy and accuracy. You will manage inbound and outbound calls related to appointment bookings, confirming orders, care coordination, cold calls and general enquiries.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, care follow-ups, or welfare checks
- Have understanding and compassion around patient aliments and conditions such as mental health and palliative care diagnosis’s.
- Provide accurate information regarding clinic services, schedules, and policies
- Handle emotionally charged conversations with sensitivity and confidentiality
- Escalate urgent or complex matters to clinical or management teams appropriately
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain detailed call notes and patient records in clinic systems (e.g. Best Practice, MedicalDirector, etc.)
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including GPs, nurses, allied health, and external agencies
- Support intake procedures and triage non-clinical concerns to appropriate services
- Follow strict privacy, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all communications
- Own transport or ability to access public transport
- Have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative team environment whilst being supported by your senior team
- Have understanding and compassion around patient aliments and conditions such as mental health and palliative care diagnosis’s.
- Reliable with the ability to work unsupervised.

**WHAT NOW?**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $31.10 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week

Schedule:
