As a Business Banking Manager in our SME team, you’ll play a key role in helping to build customer engagement with existing small business customers and provide tailored solutions and recommendations to support business growth and development.

What will your day look like?
**As a Business Banking Manager, you will be accountable for**:
Participation in high volume inbound and structured leads-based outbound calling
Providing high quality customer service to a wide and diverse range of customers in a team-based managed portfolio
Retention and growth of existing customers
Understanding customer ambitions and help them realise their business growth and development goals.
Contribution to a high performing team culture and environment based on high collaboration and rapid customer solutioning.
Meeting assigned performance targets across the balanced scorecard.
Engaging with existing small business customers
Management of a team-based customer portfolio
Maintaining deep knowledge of the ANZ product suite to ensure customers are recommended appropriate solutions.

**Customer Solutioning**: Supporting customers by understanding their needs and informing them about relevant products or services, and/or providing considered options, that meet those needs.
**Data Analysis**: Collecting, profiling and analysing data to translate into meaningful insights to inform business decisions and deliver customer solutions.
