Telecommunications Technician

Feverpitch Enterprises is a telecommunications company seeking a motivated & hardworking person to fill a Full-Time Telecommunications Cable Jointer position in Perth.

**Requirements**:

- White Card
- Manual Driver’s License
- Police Clearance (receipt must be provided prior to starting)
- NBN Enable Card
- First Aid / CPR Cert
- Traffic Management Cert (an advantage)
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to problem solve, work unsupervised, and also work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and good communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

**Copper Jointing Requirements**
(Joints, terminates, and repairs copper and fibre optic telecommunications cables installed in underground pipes, trenches, and overhead systems)
- Cable Jointing Accredited - In-line jointing & main cable experience preferred
- Examining drawings/plans, specifications and work areas to determine job requirements
- Diagnose and rectify faults
- Preparation of optical fibre and various enclosures
- Terminating large core counts and joint enclosures
- Ability to complete workbooks and fibre commissioning

Annual Salary - $60,000-$75,000
