Upper Colo, Australia Mahonia Operations Pty Ltd Full time

We are looking for someone to join our team to oversee the cleaning and caring for short-stay holiday house in **Upper Colo**. Our eco-friendly tiny home hosts 2-4 guests with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a small kitchenette with outdoor setting. Access to laundry facilities to clean linen and towels is required.

We work closely with 50+ part-time cleaners all over Australia. You will quickly become part of our team and we will rely heavily on your reliability and recommendations to maintain our property to a fantastic standard. You must live in or close to the Upper Colo/Colo Heights area in NSW.

**Duties include**:

- Cleaning the house; all surfaces, floor, kitchen and bathroom
- Washing and replacing linen and towels
- Making beds and presenting the house to a premium standard
- Monitoring usage and replacing consumables (e.g. firewood, soap, shampoo, salt / pepper, BBQ gas tanks etc)
- Tidying the outdoor area, including cleaning picnic table and re-setting the fire pit
- Closing windows, shutting off heater, gas and water and locking the house
- Using our phone app to provide the company with photos and completing a checklist after each clean

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual

Pay: From $70.00 per day
