At Smart Electrical Cleararnce Outlet we are driven to give our customers the best appliances for heavily discounted prices. As a factory second retailer for LG, Hisense, Samsung, Electrolux, Westinghouse and Panasonic, we have a wide range of Factory Second Appliances for a wide range of customers.

**The Role**

Supervising & Managing a store inside our store in Westfield Coomera.

You will run this like your own business, without the overheads, risk, stock, staff employment, etc.

Smart Electrical Clearance Outlet is established in Brisbane/Gold Coast as the place to go to get a deal on an appliance. This job will not suit everyone, but with the right motivation, the compensation can go higher than advertised. This job requires a lot of effort & Passion with running the store, going and finding sales where you can. Knowledge can be taught, but we would like to work with a good personality, as we have a team with a great morale, which you will see when you start working at Smart Electrical. You are not a number but we are a team here and will be treated that way.

You will have key responsibilities as listed below.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver Consistent and good customer service to Customers
- Home Delivery organisation of sales that require delivery
- Work Independently well in-store and better as a team with other staff members of the company
- Ensure all visual merchandise is presented in a quality standard inside the store
- Monitor Sales Activity and report to Head Office
- Warranties and handling complaints in a professional manner
- Highly skilled in problems solving if any in an efficient and cost effective mannor for the customer and the company.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Customer service/Sales: 2 years (preferred)
