**About the role**

As the successful applicant, your duties as a **Sheet Metal Fabricator** will include but not be limited to:

- installing and assembling sheet metal products
- roll bending/pressing of sectional & plate steel
- bolting and riveting metal products where needed
- efficiently operating machines while minimizing wastage
- adhering to onsite OH&S procedures.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

- Full Australian work rights **essential (we cannot accept applicants without them)**:

- **Min. 2 years** previous experience in operating/bending/pressing steel & bench-top tools (incl. Press Brake and Guillotine)
- Demonstrated proficiency in fabricating sheet metal products based on technical drawings
- Ability to interpret basic drawings and specifications
- Sound knowledge of sheet metal assembly techniques
- Forklift license highly regarded.

Pay: $24.42 - $33.97 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Sheetmetal Fabricator: 1 year (preferred)
- Factory Hand: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
