We are seeking a Professional Receptionist to join our World Gym family and really drive our retail sales right up

You will build key relationships with our current members and deliver a high class level of service where every member and guest of our club feels like a VIP
- Have excellent customer service
- A fun and bubbly attitude
- Be professional and punctual
- Have adequate knowledge in Microsoft Office programs
- Have admin experience
- Want to grow and progress in the business/industry
- Have broad knowledge of supplements

Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:

- Build rapport with our members
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Member enquiries / concerns
- Meeting daily KPI's
- Admin duties
- Demonstrating product knowledge

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Rotating roster

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
