**Explorers Early Learning**
Explorers Early Learning is a family-owned and operated company with Early Learning Centres across Victoria. Our beautiful learning spaces are designed to stimulate children’s creativity, imagination and sense of belonging.

Our philosophy is guided by the Reggio Emilia approach. At Explorers, our purpose is to nurture children's curiosity and exploration of the world. We believe children explore and grow in different ways, and our curriculum is structured to encourage children to embrace their unique sense of learning.

**Traineeship through Explorers**:
You will have the opportunity to work alongside warm welcoming educators who can share their knowledge and ideas with you. We are currently looking for people interested in taking the leap in the incredible Early Childhood industry. Study your Certificate 3 while you work and gain hands on experience in the industry.

**Trainees will be provided with**:

- Above trainees award rates*
- Monthly RDO's
- 3 hours study time during work hours
- Mentors to support them through their studies

**How you can support us**:

- Provide quality care for the children in our service
- Foster a nurturing and safe environment for all children
- Stimulate children’s imagination and contribute to the programming and planning of your room
- Support your team of like-minded Educators who share your passion for early learning

**Key requirements**:

- A demonstrated interest in children and their development
- Full time availability (Monday to Friday)
- Working with children check (or willing to obtain)
- Australian Citizen or Resident
