**Your role at Nextt**
We have a unique opportunity for a Disability Support Worker to join our committed team and fill convenient shifts in Marryatville.
At Nextt, our disability support workers are directly responsible for organizing and implementing daily activities for our clients, including personal care, domestic assistance and community access.
In this role, you will be working in the community and visiting a client in their home. You will provide support for confidence-building and self-care activities, mostly around domestic assistance and community access. You will have a genuine commitment to helping people live their best life and achieve their goals
We are looking for someone available to do morning shifts from 9 to 11am and evening shifts from 5 to 7pm, with a longer morning shift on Wednesday mornings.
**Your skills and experience**
- Experience supporting clients with complex needs
- Medication assistance
- Working knowledge of Acquired Brain Injury
**Your certificates and licenses**
- NDIS workers screening check
- Working with children check
- First aid and CPR certificate
- Certificate III or IV in individual support, disability or equivalent
- Australian driver's license and your own fully insured vehicle
Employees will be required to abide by all mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.
