About the role:
In addition to this, once a vendor comes on board with ThankYouBox, you will work closely with them bridging the gap between our external design team and the customer, helping to create a brochure that communicates the vendor's unique selling points and value offering.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting up automated reporting that allows vendors to track the success of their marketing through Thankyoubox
- Management of wedding vendors and ensuring they are kept up to date
- Creating win-back processes for cancelled services

About you:
Your skills:

- Process automation using Zapier or similar
- Experience using CRM software such as Hubspot
- Copywriting experience
- Strong time management skills
- A strong desire to learn

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thornbury VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
