**The role**
Working in partnership with the Founder and Managing Director, your role is to stay three steps ahead of his day to ensure key outcomes are achieved and that there is balance with personal activities. You will be working alongside other EAs and administrative staff, who step in and assist each other to ensure business goals are met.

This is a 12-month contract. Salary circa $100,000 - $120,000 + super + bonus.

Key responsibilities:

- National and international travel coordination/management
- Prepare documentation and reports as required, minute taking at executive meetings with action points
- Undertake research to assist MD with future business meetings and engagement
- Work with the MD on projects as directed
- Be the go-to for the Executive Team on behalf of the MD
- Oversee and support Office Manager as required

You are a passionate and inspiring perfectionist who takes pride in what you do and your results speak for themselves. You have worked in a professional culture where you have demonstrated having to be adaptive and a problem solver and have high emotional intelligence.
- Prior experience supporting at a senior level in a similar environment
- Relevant tertiary studies
- Excellent communication skills
- IT and systems savvy
- Experience supporting an entrepreneur is beneficial
