In this leadership role will join a passionate, inclusive & empowered team to achieve incredible results. You will be a brand ambassador every day & drive an absolutely exceptional customer experience by building genuine customer connections. You will provide support to your team by driving a strong operational excellence and commercial decision-making process.

The role:

- Drive an exceptional & inclusive customer experience journey
- Inspire those you encounter through leading by example
- Work with your team to identify areas of opportunity in-store and with your team
- Drive & manage KPIS daily
- Support in coaching & developing your team to foster their development
- Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets & budgets
- Support in driving a commercial business
- Excellent operations & stock management

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1+yrs' experience in fashion retail management
- Positive attitude & willingness to grow
- Exceptional customer service & styling skills
- Driven budgets + achieved exceptional sales results
- Strong understanding of KPIS & their impact on the business
- Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
- Ability to drive a positive culture & one team environment
- Self-motivated & strong communicator
- A passionate SHEIKE brand ambassador that believes in excellence always
