QA Administrator

An exciting opportunity has become available for a process driven individual with excellent time management skills to join our team based in Greenacre. You will be joining an Australian owned company who specialize in dairy based products.

Reporting directly to the QA Manager & working closely with the QA team, you will support the overall operations.

**The role;**
- Data management
- Logging customer complaints & communicating this to the team
- Tracking non conformance & drafting responses for QA to conduct investigations
- Completing supplier questionnaires, product information & visuals for finished goods
- Participate in routine GMP audits
- Tracking rework
- QA hold & dump
- General administrative tasks

**About you;**
- Previous experience in manufacturing or similar
- Knowledge of HACCP
- Sound knowledge of retailer standards an advantage
- Ability to multi task
- Full Australian working rights
- Available to work early starts & able to commit to Monday - Friday work
- Understanding of regulatory requirements e.g food standards codes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Quality assurance: 1 year (preferred)
- QA Administration: 1 year (preferred)
