**The Company**

Our client is an independent provider of medical services in Regional Victoria. With a culture of excellence and a family friendly working environment this could be just the role you have been waiting for. A position has become available for a Medical/Referral Support Manager to join their team, based in the Bendigo area in a full time or part time capacity.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that has worked in healthcare or pharma sales and wants to take on a new role promoting a service to healthcare practitioners. Relationships with Medical Practices in the area would be a great advantage.

**The Role**
- Support and educate medical practitioners and clinic staff to ensure sales revenue and procedure targets are achieved through referrals
- Maintain and leverage current market and competitor knowledge
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with regular, meaningful communications between customers, radiologists and referrers
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies; social media, website, print content, general collateral, and databases.
- Plan, organise and execute referrer education evenings and relevant meetings.
- Liaise with sponsored local sporting clubs, and be a proud ambassador for the customer network
- Bendigo based, with moderate travel around local towns.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Be an experienced Sales Representative or Medical Liaison in the healthcare industry
- Demonstrate a proven track record in exceeding sales targets
- Have the ability to build and leverage solid relationships with customers
- Have the ability to work independently with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be tertiary qualified in science and/or business (ideally)
- Have a strong customer service orientation
- Demonstrate the ability to interpret and communicate technical information
- Possess a full Australian driver's licence
- Be located in or around the Bendigo area

A competitive salary package including base salary, car allowance, super and performance based bonus are on offer. The work hours are flexible ie full time, part time or school hours.
