**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Lead, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage cash handling, sales reporting, and other financial transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Assist in stock management, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **four years** of relevant experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
- Experience with cash handling and basic financial reporting.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Immediate availability preferred.
