**Your new Role**

Are you looking for career development with the support of a successful multi-branch business? You’ll be responsible for building a small team and the timely completion of service contracts for client generators under contract maintenance agreements. Being the flagship ACT employee, you will be tasked with duties across technical project work as well as in the office. With a large branch based in Sydney, the role in ACT is tasked with continuing the existing project work in the region with the assistance of head office, as well as to grow the technical division in the ACT. Projects will vary from large scale commercial contracts to remote area agreements in the Riverina and down to the Victorian boarder.

Your day-to-day duties will involve, but not be limited to:

- Supervision of sub-contractors when applicable
- Coordination of workshop services and repairs
- Supervising generator installations through the quote / approval / design / measure / installation and commissioning stages.
- Warehousing and inventory movements
- Branch planning and team recruitment
- Business development to existing and new clients within the service industry

**What you’ll need to succeed**

Your previous experience in electrical maintenance or diesel mechanics will be key, as will:

- White Card & Asbestos Awareness
- Customer focused
- Related qualification to your specific trade (Electrical or Mechanical)
- Proven exposure working within generator, ups, transfer switches
- People leading skill set/crew leading experience
- Self-Motivated and able to work unsupervised safely
- Growth mindset and motivated to grow a small branch
