**About the Role**

This role is a full-time opportunity for a friendly and organised Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role operates **Monday to Friday**, with shifts scheduled between **7:00 AM and 7:00 PM**.

As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional front-line service to patients and stakeholders in a fast-paced, professional medical environment.

We are currently inviting expressions of interest for positions across the following clinic locations**:Salisbury, Gawler, Barossa, Playford.** Please note, some positions may require travel between clinics.

**Comprehensive Training Provided**

To set you up for success, you'll take part in a five-week, full-time training program at our Hampstead Gardens training centre. This structured program will equip you with the skills, systems knowledge, and confidence to excel in your new role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage complex patient bookings via inbound and outbound calls
- Deliver top-tier patient care, including registration, scheduling, and addressing queries
- Handle inquiries from key stakeholders, including referrers
- Communicate with medical professionals and assist with results and admin duties
- Finalise billing and other essential support tasks
- This role requires flexibility to work across both call centre and reception shifts

**About You**:

- You're eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
- You have exceptional customer service skills and a patient-first attitude
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking are second nature to you
- A positive attitude and team spirit are essential in our collaborative environment
- Experience as a medical receptionist or familiarity with medical terminology is a plus (but not required)
- Customer service experience is a must
