Our ISO accreditation and our independently assessed iCIRT rating shows just how important it is to us to build with exceptional quality and compliance and this gives our clients assurance they their product will stand the test of time. **ABOUT THE ROLE**
We have a number of live projects needing support to push them over the line, new projects awarded and in planning/procurement stages and also some finalising negotiations. As such, we need to add some additional strength to our great team.

ULTRA Building Cadets & Junior Contracts Administrators are site based and get exposure to a variety of elements of the construction. An entry level role at ULTRA develops hard working and motivated people into detail orientated, technically strong and confident construction professionals and the career progression from here can be across a number of avenues. You will learn the ropes by supporting your team with financial and contractual aspects of the project including procurement, trade letting, progress/variation & EOT claims for head and sub contracts, documentation overview for quality and safety and support with financial reporting.

**ABOUT YOU**
You are a 3rd or 4th year student studying construction project management or civil engineering and have the intention to progress your career in the built-form sector (not civil & infrastructure, rail, roads etc). You may also be a recent graduate looking for a better opportunity to learn and progress. You will need to have good Uni results, strong with systems, admin and documentation and be able to take instruction and be very task orientated. You are a confident person who can communicate well with consultants and contractors.
