Our group is expanding, and we are looking for self-motivated team members with a positive attitude and commitment to perform their job well.

We are looking for a Wheel Aligner / Tyre Fitter to join our Passenger / Light Commercial Tyre & Mechanical Service Centres at Caroline Springs.

**Duties will include**:

- Wheel alignments of all types of passenger & 4WD vehicles
- Fitting and balancing tyres
- Rotations, pressure checks, balancing, strip & fit tyres/wheels
- Puncture repairs conforming to relevant standards
- Sales activities - liaise with customers and find solutions to meet their needs

- Previous tyre fitting experience
- Extensive knowledge of tyre brands and tyre terminology
- Wheel alignment experience
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised, and be a team player who can take direction
- Physically fit to carry / lift heavy parts safely
- A “Can-Do” attitude with a strong safety focus
- Ability to correctly operate tools and specialised equipment
- A genuine desire to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Current Australian driver’s license

- Competitive hourly wage

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- mechanical: 1 year (preferred)
- Tyre fitting: 1 year (preferred)
- wheel alignment: 1 year (preferred)
- auto accessory fitting: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
