Little Shining Stars in Evanston is looking for a dedicated Room Leader to join our wonderful Toddlers room. If you're committed to making a positive impact in the lives of young children, we'd love to hear from you

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and implement creative and engaging educational programs that inspire young minds.
- Create a safe, warm, and inclusive space where every child feels valued and supported.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and your fellow educators.
- Observe and celebrate the milestones in each child’s learning journey.
- Ensure that our center meets the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
- A current Working with Children Check.
- First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for fostering children’s growth and development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.06 - $37.60 per hour
