You will provide the best customer service by understanding the person holistically as we have clients who are in different stages of being ready to move to a new workplace or return to work. Therefore, as the successful applicant, you will be able to: - Manage a small number of cases. - Provide Same and New Employer Case Management services in Workplace Occupational Rehabilitation. - Continue our winning, collaborative & quality-focused team culture of customer service.  - Understand and implement problem solving actions according to a client’s goals, needs, interests, experience and skills. - Problem solve and provide tailored approaches to assist our clients with achieving their goals. - Create and maintain relationships with the community and employers to increase opportunities for our clients. - Provide tailored cold canvassing services for our clients. **Requirements and Experience**: - SIRA Workers Compensation experience  minimum of 2 years - Job Seeking experience minimum of 2 years - Degree qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Worker (or similar) - Excellent negotiation skills - Ability to think outside the box - A genuine passion in Occupational Health, Occupational Rehabilitation & helping people achieve their goals of securing sustainable employment. - A "can do" attitude and enthusiastic approach to helping people - A lifelong learner and team player - Current Driver's license **What RTW Rehab can offer** - Full time / Part Time (minimum 3 days per week) - Flexible working arrangements - Salary + Super + Bonus - in line with your experience  - Company phone and laptop - Company pool car - Highly supportive team environment - Person centered approach - both for our clients and Team Members **How to join the RTW Rehab team?** Click ‘Apply’ or contact Dohee Gualberto to discuss on **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract Pay: From $80,000.00 per year Supplementary Pay: - Bonus Work Location: Hybrid remote in West Ryde, NSW 2114
