**About the Role**:
As a Retail Manager, you’ll oversee all store operations and play a key role in delivering exceptional service and results. Your responsibilities will include:

- Determining the product mix, stock levels, and service standards.
- Developing and implementing purchasing and marketing strategies, as well as setting pricing policies.
- Promoting and advertising the store’s goods and services to drive customer engagement.
- Assisting customers with product selection and providing advice on product use.
- Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions.
- Budgeting for the store to ensure financial efficiency.
- Overseeing the selection, training, and supervision of staff to build a strong team.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A proven track record in retail management.
- Minimum Three years of experience and relevant qualifications
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
