Due to growth, we are now recruiting a Parts Back Counter Parts Interpreter who will support Service Department with potential opportunities to assist on the Front Counter Retail / Phone serving retail and commercial partners.

**About the role**:

- End to end customer service to our high volume service department.
- Providing fast and accurate parts interpretations
- Issuing parts to workshop staff
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal staff/departments
- Process invoices & credits as required
- Assist with other general warehouse duties and tasks as required
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to
- Provide exceptional customer service

**About you**:

- Parts experience, ideally dealership experience or Parts retailers
- Have a good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive work ethic with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Computer and admin literacy skills
- The ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Attention to detail
- A willingness to learn and continue to develop your skills
- Be friendly, helpful, confident and have an engaging personality
- Current drivers license
