We are extremely excited to be opening our newest Only About Children campus located in Torquay, Victoria. Torquay is a brand new purpose built campus. It is a light filled, warm and inviting space offering 130 places across 7 rooms. Each age group has their own dedicated outdoor learning environments and ample space to explore and learn. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Assistant Director to join the journey from the very beginning
The objective of this role is to provide quality education & care to the children in our campuses whilst providing an exceptional partnership experience with our families. These objectives make up our core OAC offering to families called “The OAC Way”.

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or higher qualification)
- Working with Children Check
- Experience in a leadership role
- Knowledge of relevant Early Childhood frameworks & regulations
- Strong understanding of mandatory reporting obligations
- Strategic and innovative thinking
- Strong resilience with the ability to adapt to change and face challenges with a positive mindset
- Experience opening or working in a new centre desirable
- Experience in building and maintaining positive team culture
