As a Sales Associate/Cashier at Big Bowl Kitchen, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to our mission of providing an exceptional dining experience to every customer.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude as they enter the establishment.
- Assist customers in placing their orders, providing menu recommendations, and answering any inquiries they may have.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation.
- Pack and bag orders, ensuring that all items are included and presented neatly.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain a positive and cohesive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skill.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Conditions**:

- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is essential, as these are peak times for our business.
