Bartender

The team at OTIS are preparing for the expansion of our award winning restaurant’s beverage offering.

We have a PERMANENT PART TIME role available for experienced hospo staff with a passion and flair for customer service, wine and cocktails.

With flexible rostering, this role is perfect for anyone studying at UNI or anyone who wants to keep their daylight hours free.

This role will include the development and implementation of beverage offerings and service style alongside the management team.

Beverage focused role, assisting with wine service and cocktails. 5 shifts per week, 4 nights and 1 lunch
