**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**: As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

- Handling all aspects of Tiling work with precision and expertise.
- Demonstrating extensive knowledge in civil, transport, construction, and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in cutting, measuring, marking surfaces, and laying tiles.
- Ripping tiles, preparing surfaces, and setting new work.
- Ability to interpret and understand construction plans.
- Experience in effectively managing a team.
- Willingness to be hands-on when necessary.

**About You**: To be considered for this role, you must:

- Have a minimum of 2 years of full-time (or equivalent part-time) relevant work experience, with a hands-on approach.
- Possess a keen eye for detail and maintain physical fitness.
- Hold a valid contractor license.
- Be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and flexible for overtime and Saturday shifts if required.
- Be reliable, punctual, and confident in supervising apprentices or junior staff.
- Be open to occasional travel, as our projects and clients are primarily based in NSW, with some regional assignments.

**Job Details**:

- Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts
- Location: Sydney, NSW
- Commute/Relocation: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Licenses/Certifications: White Card, Work Safely at Heights, Driver's License (preferred)
- Work Authorization: Australia (required)
- Work Location: In-person

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
