- A passion for Horticulture and substantial plant knowledge.
- Experience in a busy environment.
- Ability to work as part of a small team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & customer service skills
- Display a strong work ethic, positive attitude and a strong sense of initiative and reliability.
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual work.
- Manual driver licence and Forklift licence, not essential but an advantage.
