This organisation is responsible for overseeing some of Melbourne’s pre-eminent sporting events. The capability of its people is central to their success, and they now seek to appoint a high-calibre P&C Advisor to join the team.

Reporting to the Manager People and Culture, this role will be instrumental in providing HR support and advice across the business. Partnering with senior stakeholders, your key responsibilities will include:

- Ownership and responsibility of the recruitment activities for the internal client group
- Partnering closely with key senior stakeholders on all HR related matters
- Management of the HRIS and people systems including continuous improvement and implementation of best practice procedures
- Providing direction and advice on performance management issues, and coaching stakeholders on employee issues
- Providing robust and practical HR advice across all areas of the business, and to key stakeholder groups
- Reviewing and updating current policy and procedures to ensure best practice and compliance with legislation
- Other ad hoc projects

This role will be well suited to an experienced P&C Advisor who is pragmatic and has a can-do attitude. In addition to your strong generalist skills, you will enjoy working in a high performing, collaborative team. You will have excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills and have a solutions-focused approach to your work.
