Bar Manager

Campbell Point House, a luxurious retreat on the Bellarine Peninsula, is seeking passionate and professional bar manager to join our team. As a premier destination for weddings, events, and exclusive getaways, we're looking someone who can deliver exceptional service in a refined atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide attentive and personalised service to guests
- Serve food and beverages in our hotel restaurant
- Assist with setting up and maintaining dining areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety and liquor license regulations
- Contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests
- Manage and control bar stock

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in high-end hospitality (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
