All training, onboarding and travel (from within the UK) to the placement is paid for by Hamilton George Care.

**Who you are**
- Empathetic and caring, with a genuine passion for professional delivery and wanting to make an immeasurable impact on the life of someone who requires support in their home
- Excellent communicator with the ability to confidently and clearly explain a care plan and update stakeholders
- Highly professional with experience as a live-in carer, **or** the ability to complete training and understand the market
- Customer focused with a desire to go above and beyond for the customer
- Comfortable maintaining a home and an excellent cook
- Highly organised and happy managing diaries and client’s life

**What we provide**
- Our weekly carer wages are £875 - £1050 per week, but additional financial support may be offered depending on the placement or the applicants experience
- As a small team with a discerning client base we only work with the best carers, offering them unrivaled guidance and training to maintain our high standards
- We provide free training and criminal background checks
- Our carers are offered the full support of our in-house clinical nurse both before and during placements, including in-person inductions at the start of a new placement
- We offer long term placements that are flexible with your schedule and holidays
- We provide holiday and sick pay, pension, and increased rates for bank holidays

**What we need from you**
- Due to high demand, we require all our carers to complete our screening process including:
1. An initial call with our recruitment expert

2. A video interview with our care recruitment lead

3. Ability to complete the Hamilton George Carer School
- The right to work in the UK
- A clean, enhanced DBS and references. If you do not have a DBS we can run one for you free of charge.
- A desire to continually improve as a carer, completing a 1 on 1 session with our in-house nurse

**Salary**: From $1,660.00 per week
