**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience as Sommelier
- Extensive knowledge of wine, new and old world
- Exceptional service skills and guest focused
- Good communication skills
- Certification as a Sommelier or degree in hospitality is a plus
- RSA certificate

**Must be available Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6pm to 9pm and Sunday evening if needed.
