About the role:
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Rural Products Sales Representative who can add value and contribute to our continued growth by building and maintaining key customer relationships at our Kingscote Kangaroo Island branch.
- As _an Elders Rural Products Sales Representative, your expert product knowledge and customer service skills will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including finding new opportunities for them to explore. Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.
**Responsibilities**:
- Liaise with customers to identify their needs and respond with solutions- Support the branch in building on our customer base by identifying new customers and will successfully grow sales across our diverse product range- Be responsible for maintaining existing customer accounts, identifying new opportunities, and creating new sales- Be an excellent communicator and will build relationships through trust and honesty- Actively contribute to the company's goals, targets, and budgets- Maintain customer relationship management software
About you:
- Proficiency in learning a product range quickly- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment- Good organisational and time management skills- Solid computer literacy- Self-motivated and ambitious- Superior selling and negotiating ability- Have a driver’s licence. A forklift license would be an advantage but we can support you to obtain one- HR license is desired but not essential
