**Your Impact**

As a Vendor Replenishment Planner with Carlton & United Breweries, you'll be at the heart of ensuring optimal inventory levels for Coles Liquor Group. Reporting directly to the Customer Logistics Manager - CUB, you will be the key interface between Supply Chain and Coles Liquor Group to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and maintain trusted partnerships with key stakeholders.

This is a hybrid position, working flexibly from our Southbank HQ, WHF, and working from your clients' office.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing the replenishment function for Coles Liquor Group, including placing orders & monitoring automated orders generated by the system
- Monitoring stock levels to ensure constant adequate supply to achieve our inventory targets
- Review promotional & baseline demand forecasts
- Conducting root cause analysis in relation to out of stock items / delivery variances
- Managing inbound and outbound DIFOT KPI’s
- Key conduit externally and internal between commercial sales, supply chain and customer and managing these relationships
- Problem solve for any unexpected challenges

This is a position for a driven and energetic professional to grow their career, and bring their expertise in inventory management and strategic planning to the forefront of optimising supply chain operations and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
- Prior experience in FMCG, working with large retailers in a similar role
- Customer focused mindset with an affinity for building trusted partnerships
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning principles
- Well-honed problem-solving abilities, coupled with an innate curiosity to dig deeper into data
- Self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously, and as part of a high performing team
- Systems savvy, including solid excel skills
- SAP/RELEX experience would be highly regarded
- A Qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics would be beneficial, but not essential
