**One of Australia’s leading premium drilling tool manufacturers is on the hunt for a machine operator with the ability to **read and interpret technical drawings, produce parts according to specifications, and ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.

This is a full-time, onsite role located in Wangara, WA. You will be responsible for setting up and operating various machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.

While we are on the hunt for an enthusiastic person with technical abilities, we also want someone who will fit in well with a great team who we are proud of.

SREPS Pty Ltd is located in the northern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. We specialise in the design and manufacture of durable and customisable reverse circulation and conventional hammers and drill bits.

We boast a modern workshop with multi axis lathes, 4 and 5 axis milling machines, 9 axis multitasking machining centres and robotics.

Our team has collectively more than 60 years of experience within the drilling industry making us a cut above the rest in providing innovative and tailored solutions to all our clients.

**Key responsibilities for this role include**:

- Interpret technical drawings
- Operating 2 axis CNC Lathe
- Operating 4 and 5 axis CNC Mills
- Work to exacting tolerances
- Strong attention to detail when measuring and using measuring tools
- Manual handling as required
- Help to maintain a clean, safe, happy, and reliable work environment.

**Required Experience and Skills**
- Machine operation
- Performing basic machine maintenance
- Working to a production schedule
- Personal dedication to producing work to a high level of quality
- Be punctual, reliable, and a team player
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Strong work ethic.

**Desired Experience and Skills**
- Forklift ticket.

**Job Type and Category**


Immediate start offered in a secure company with excellent prospects and wages.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
