Quarry Manager

Protech are seeking a **Permanent Quarry Operations Supervisor** to be located in the Penrose area

In this role, you will oversee daily operations, prioritize safety, and optimize quarry efficiency. Bring your leadership skills and operational expertise to contribute to the team's success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise daily operations, ensuring safety and adherence to procedures.
- Optimize quarry production and maintain quality standards.
- Develop operational plans to meet targets and customer requirements.
- Manage resources efficiently, including personnel and equipment.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous supervisory experience in quarry or mining operations.
- Knowledge of drilling, blasting, crushing, and material handling.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental practices.
- Certificate IV and/or Diploma in Surface Extraction Operations/ Management or equivalent qualifications
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software.
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.

**Salary**: From $145,000.00 per year
