Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

We are recruiting **Personal Care Workers** for multiple positions in **Inner West suburbs** - Campsie, Earlwood, Marrickville, Burwood, Strathfield, Drummoyne, Five Dock, Balmain, Concord, Homebush, Rhodes, Ashfield, Lewisham, Petersham, Dulwich Hill, Tempe and surrounding areas

**What’s On Offer**
- **Permanent Part time** or **Casual**contracts available depending on your location and availability to work
- Earn from **$32.85p/h - $33p/h + 11.5% super**:

- **Travel Allowance**of $0.92 per KM PLUS **paid travel time**:

- A fully supported and **paid Induction program**:

- **Become Cert III qualified** in Individual Support (Aged Care) all fees paid (for eligible employees)

**Your New Role**:

- **Personal Care**: Experienced staff assist customers with Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime & medication prompting
- **Help at Home**: such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & assisted dressing
- **Transport**: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
- **Client Awareness**: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
- **Safety Practices**: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe

**Key Requirements**:

- Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
- Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday
- All Australian Unity Employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID19 with a minimum of 2 doses

- **Must have a minimum 12 months experience in delivering Personal Care and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support**:

- Proficiency in an additional language such as Mandarin/ Vietnamese/ Spanish/ Arabic/ Lebanese/ Greek is valued but not mandatory
- Experience in personal care and/or relevant qualifications would be highly regarded.
