Role overview:
We are seeking a motivated and qualified Barista. This position involves serving various beverages to customers, managing the cafe and training vulnerable people to become cafe assistants or baristas.

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other café beverages.
- Assist with food preparation and serving during peak times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the Catering Assistant to ensure the café operates smoothly throughout the day.

**Requirements**:

- Empathy and caring nature.
- Customer service mindset.
- An open and inclusive mindset to work with neurodivergent people.
- Minimum 1 year experience working as a barista in a fast-paced environment.
- Worked with different types of coffee beans and machines.

Pay: $24.95 - $32.31 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Safe Quality Food Certification (required)
- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
