**Position: Experienced Japanese Restaurant Staff**

**About Us**:Join our team if you have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Japanese restaurant or sushi take away shop. We're searching for dedicated individuals to ensure the smooth operation of our establishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers warmly, creating a friendly atmosphere.
- Prepare ingredients, make sushi rolls with precision, and maintain presentation quality.
- Keep the kitchen and prep areas clean and safe.
- Serve customers professionally, handle POS transactions, and resolve issues proactively.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with management.
- Slicing fish (a plus).

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of Japanese restaurant experience
- Sushi-making skills
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine

- Legal eligibility to work in Australia
