As an **Assistant Educator**, you’ll help shape vibrant, safe, and engaging learning environments where children feel welcomed and inspired. You’ll build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and your team, contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace.

**Sparrow Early Learning Bayswater** is a warm and caring setting where children are able to inquire, investigate and learn whilst being supported by the caring and qualified educators. Local schools, shops and transport are all within walking distance of the centre, which is located in a quiet suburban street with a horseshoe shaped driveway for easy drop off and pickup.

**What you’ll need**:

- **CIII or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care**:

- **Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy**:

- **Current Working with Children Check**:

- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Experience with Storypark is a bonus
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
