**Job Summary**:
As a Commercial and Residential Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment in various settings. Your primary duties will include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and performing deep cleaning tasks as required. You will ensure that all cleaning tasks are executed with a high level of detail and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning duties in residential and commercial properties, including offices, homes, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, and clean windows, surfaces, and fixtures.
- Sanitize and disinfect high-touch areas to promote a safe and healthy environment.
- Organize and declutter spaces as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used and stored safely.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and special requests in a friendly manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous cleaning experience in residential or commercial environments is required.
- Previous experience with bond cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
- Flexible schedule; availability to work evenings or weekends preferred.
- Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license.

Pay: $23.47 - $39.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
