Aurora Early Education, founded by a mother-daughter duo, is an early education service that aims to 'exceed' in all areas of service. We are dedicated to creating a more peaceful, connected and loving world for the next generation.

**As an Aurora Kindergarten Teacher, you will be supported to**:

- Implement high quality educational programs in collaboration with Studio Leaders and the Leadership team.
- Continually reflect and implement strategies to improve the educational program in the service
- Run the Aurora Funded Kindergarten Program for 4-year-olds.
- Mentor and share knowledge to educators through training, meetings, presentations and online collaboration tools.
- Participate in innovative and exciting projects.
- Be a valued member of the leadership team.
- Build connections with the community and support the marketing team to promote the Kinder Program.

**We want to connect with you Here are the things you need to get started in the role.**
- A “we can do this” attitude
- A positive personality that is open and reflective
- Bachelor of Teaching/Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA assessed qualifications or equivalent.
- Current working with Children Check
- Current Police Check
- Current First Aid and Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
- Advanced knowledge in NQS, EYLF/VEDYLF, practice principles and reflective practices

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
