About the Role

We have one full-time positions available for inventory supervisor in our warehouse. Your day will mostly consist of inventory control, goods receiving and manage a small forklift drivers’ team.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with container shipment companies
- Goods receiving and establishing new records in warehouse management system (High-Jump)
- Developing, maintaining, verifying, and evaluating existing systems (High-Jump)
- Ensuring the data is accurate, protected, and confidential and giving advice on issues related to the Data Protection Act, Freedom of Information Act and other legislation
- Classifying and indexing records in both High-Jump & 3PL Portal
- Ensuring all the records are easily accessible when requested
- Providing training to new staff who require access or have responsibility for maintaining records
- Examining products and arranging examinations to determine condition, quality, and dimension
- Developing record SKU (product code), UPC barcode (RF scanning code) and monitoring their use
- Maintaining and deciding the bin locations of products based on popularity of the sales of the products
- Cycle inventory count via High-Jump when requested
- Managing the changeover from hardcopy into WMS and CSG Portal
- Cost saving based on regular inventory check (quality, condition & hazard)
- Managing and organizing container unloaders to ensure all containers are completed on time to meet company's targets
- Managing the warehouse and the facilities are tidy, clean, and safe at any time
- Picking and packing when needed
- Other General Warehouse responsibilities upon assigned

About you

Legal working right in Australia

Located near Oakleigh South

Ability to work in a face-paced environment

Ability to lift 15kg continually

Physically fit

Highly motivated and focused on details

Experience using an RF scan is highly preferable

Ability to work unsupervised

A forklift licence must be required

Have a strong logic concept

Have a strong team management skill

Have at least 1 year working experience in a similar role

Up to date Covid-19 Vaccination and certificate

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
